Shipping and Returns

Shipping Times

US ship times are are 3-7 days, international ship times are approximately 9-13 days. Ship times vary by item. For example, shipping for apparel takes about 3-5 days. If a product is set to take longer to be delivered than above, you will see an estimated delivery time on the product page itself.  Our shipping times are only estimates, and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. All orders are typically fulfilled within 48 hours.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.95 for US orders and $9.95 for international orders. We charge exactly what it costs us to ship your items and will even pay more than those rates if needed to avoid an increase in shipping charges on your end.

Shipping Method

All of our products are shipped with either USPS, Ascendia USA, or Epacket, dependent upon the location of the warehouse that's fulfilling your order. Please understand that some of our products are custom printed as they are ordered. This means if you place an order for more than one item, you may receive separate packages due to the way our manufacturing facility runs, and if the products you ordered are fulfilled from different warehouses. This does not incur extra costs to you.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us prior to sending back your purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
You will only be refunded for the sale price for which you bought an item. If an item has gone off sale you will not be given the new price.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at catfiendstore@gmail.com and we will inform you on which facility to ship your order back to.

Shipping
On certain occasions you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
