How long does shipping take?

Standard ship times are 4-7 business days. Ship times may vary by product. For example our t-shirts only take 3-5 business days to arrive after shipped, while our cat carriers can take 1 to 2 weeks. If an item exceeds our standard ship times, we provide that information on the product page itself. Orders are typically shipped out within 48 hours.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an update via the email or phone number you checked out with.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive tracking info via the email or phone number you checked out with.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not gone into production yet then yes, we can cancel. Please contact us as quickly as possible to cancel an order. If an order has already gone into production, see our return policy. We can still refund you accordingly.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days. We accept exchanges for different sized apparel within 10 days. See our Shipping & Returns tab for more information.

When will my order ship?

All of our apparel is custom printed as it is ordered. We ask that you allow at least 3 days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Lately we are seeing our apparel being shipped out within 24 hours. Non apparel items will arrive within 7 days or whatever time frame is noted on the product itself. It depends on the distribution center handling that specific item.

Why have I received one item for my order but not the others?

Product orders may be fulfilled by different warehouses. You will receive every item on your order according to the ship time on the product page itself. If you order 3 items, you may receive 3 packages on different dates. You are NOT charged any extra shipping for this, you only pay our flat rate once. For an example, our t shirts are produced and fulfilled by a different fulfillment center than our cat toys or cat jewelry and so on. As our business grows, we are working hard to have all product orders fulfilled under one roof. Your support helps us get one step closer to that goal!

Where do I apply a coupon code to my order?

Coupon codes are applied as one of the last steps during checkout. Sometimes they are applied automatically. If you are on a desktop computer, you can apply your coupon code in the "Discount" box on the right side of the screen during checkout. If you are on mobile, you will see a a drop down box labeled "Show order summary" at the top of your screen during checkout. Click that tab to drop it down and apply your coupon code in the "Discount" box.
